The annual Alpha Contest is organized by the Saint-Laurent Chamber of Commerce and Industry to recognize business excellence and dynamism. On May 23, Adfast won the Alpha 2019 competition in the category: Manufacturers with more than 75 employees, among more than 400 audience members.
For the last 34 years, this competition has highlighted companies having distinguished themselves in various aspects, be it administrative, human resources, marketing, manufacturing, or research and development.
Adfast was nominated and awarded this year’s trophy for its aggressive reinvestment strategy:
- 60% of net revenues are reinvested in business process automation
- 10% of expenses allocated to investments in R & D
- 5% of expenses allocated to investments in employee training
This achievement is a great source of pride for our entire team and we are thrilled to see that investments in employee development and continuous improvement are recognized by the Saint-Laurent Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
